These terms and conditions govern all engagements between Olivia Interior Design Studio and its clients. By instructing the studio in writing you agree to be bound by the terms below and by the specific fee proposal issued for your project.
1. Services
The studio will deliver the services set out in the accepted fee proposal. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before commencement.
2. Fees & Payment
Design fees are billed in stages as set out in your proposal. Furniture, finishes and specialist trades are typically procured against a signed schedule with a deposit due before order.
3. Intellectual Property
All drawings, mood boards, specifications and creative concepts remain the property of the studio until fees are paid in full. The studio retains the right to photograph and publish completed projects, respecting client anonymity where requested.
4. Timelines
Timelines are estimated in good faith. The studio is not liable for delays caused by third parties (contractors, suppliers, planning authorities) or force majeure events.
5. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Fees for work completed to the date of termination remain payable.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
